ADOBE PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS ORGANIZER is crashing after starting up || Some hit and Trial

With Softwares like Adobe Photoshop Elements, there are multiple problem which can't be exactly described in words. That's why online forums comes into picture where different users have different experience with similar sorts of problems and different remedy work for them. 1. Partial Clean-Up before new launch of Elements Organizer -

-  Go to C:\Users\<current user>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe

- Locate a folder called 'Online Services' and rename it

-Locate another folder called 'Elements Organizer' and rename it.

- Relaunch Elements Organizer and see if works. (If not, try next mentioned solution)

 2. Add an environment variable by following below mentioned steps:

- Right-click on 'My Computer'
- Opt 'Properties' in right click context menu
- Go to 'Advanced System Settings' and then 'System Variables'
- Click 'New' for adding another environment variable.
- Create a Variable with name 'KMP_DUPLICATE_LIB_OK' and put a value as 'TRUE'

3. Repair your Catalog before launching Elements Organizer.
- Double click PSE icon your desktop to launch Welcome Screen
- Press ALT+CTRL+DEL and click on Organizer. Keep these buttons pressed until you see Catalog Management dialog.
- Repair your current catalog and open Elements Organizer
